MAHLAP National Conference in Iloilo City

Dear Fellow Librarians, Information Specialists, and Colleagues:

The Medical and Health Librarians Association of the Philippines (MAHLAP) in cooperation with West Visayas State University Medical Library will be holding its 24th National Congress and Seminar-Workshop on the theme: “Rethinking Services and Spaces: Rebranding Libraries for the 21st Century” on February 29 to March 2, 2012 in Iloilo City.

We are pleased to invite you to join this Seminar-Workshop. Attached is the formal invitation, proposed program and registration form. The registration fees are as follows:
  • P5,000 - Live in (Normal Rates). Non MAHLAP Member
  • P4,500 - Live in. MAHLAP Member/Early Bird
  • P4,000 - Live out. Non MAHLAP Member
  • P3,600 - Live out. MAHLAP Member (payment should be made on or before Feb. 14, 2012; otherwise, non-member rate will apply)
The registration fee for Live-in participants includes accommodation (triple sharing), breakfasts, AM/PM snacks, lunches, dinners, conference kits and certificate of participation/attendance. On the other hand, registration fee for Live-out participants includes conference kits, certificate of participation/attendance and meals (AM/PM snacks and
lunch). To avail of Early Bird Rates, please settle your payments on or before Feb. 14, 2012.
